Aim: To further develop, extend, and convey Holacracy and its underlying paradigm

Accountabilities:

Proposing, publishing, and running experiments in core Holacracy processes and possible new processes, and engaging other circle members in the experimentation process

Delivering trainings or presentations upon request from other roles, including amending template materials for those presentations as-appropriate
-
Creating Holacracy-related content on request from other roles
-
Documenting implicit aspects of Holacracy as they become apparent and relevant to the Circle's operations
-
Blogging about Holacracy and its underlying paradigm.
• Triggered Action: Respond to blog comment or route it to appropriate role (upon comment posted to blog)

Facilitating improvement of the circle's practice and modeling of Holacracy
