Instructor Support

  • Aim: To support and integrate the speaking efforts of those spreading Holacracy via presentations, talks, and seminars.
  • Accountabilities:
    • Designing and maintaining HolacracyOne's library of standard introductory seminar/workshop templates for certified instructors, including all of their supporting materials (e.g. slide decks, handouts, etc.).
    • Defining standards for instructor certification, assessing new applicants by those standards, and granting instructor certifications when appropriate
    • Onboarding new CHP-I's after completion of instructor course
