For each Context Seat, either (i) proposing a specific individual to fill said seat, or (ii) proposing an organization which will appoint into said seat, or (iii) initiating a Board-level election to elect an individual into said seat.

Uncovering and proposing appropriate Contexts for the organization.

Being a spokesman for the organization and its Aim in the broader world.

Proposing individuals to fill the GCC Lead Link role when and as appropriate, or calling for an election to fill the role.

Facilitating the discovery of the Aim of the organization, and proposing wording to capture that Aim to the Board.
