      • Fielding inbound queries and dialog requests, and routing resulting opportunities appropriately within HolacracyOne
      • Creating and maintaining a knowledgebase of CRM-related known issues, known solutions, and FAQ's.
      • Publishing appropriate information from the knowledgebase in a manner easily-accessed by customers
      • Sending follow-up items to event participants, as specified by Training Business, provided that such items are directly related to the event content

      • Supporting members of the Holacracy community in efforts to introduce Holacracy into organizations
      • Coordinating internal and external resources to sell and deliver implementation-related services and support tools

      • Building & maintaining relationships within client organizations

      • Creating a sub-circle to fill the role
      • Monitoring and responding to posts on the "Implementing Holacracy" CHP discussion forum
      • Creating and delivering business development support services for LCF client opportunities
      • Administering and governing the licensing program within the bounds of the overall program definition
      • Doubly-linking with all licensee organizations
      • Monitoring integrity of Holacracy-related services provided by licensee organizations and promptly resolving integrity issues
      • Proposing an overall Holacracy licensing program to the GCC (for professional consulting firms), including amendments when appropriate
      • Assisting LCF's with selling Holacracy support software
