      • Designing and implementing an online space for Community of Practice subscribers, as a forum for support, dialog, and collaboration around Holacracy
      • Developing a financial model for the Community of Practice program, including establishing pricing for membership
      • Scheduling and hosting regular calls & webinars for Community of Practice subscribers, including identifying topics for those events
    • Role Finance

      • Collecting debt obligations per published collections policies
      • Reviewing and approving all debt-related agreements
      • Creating and maintaining financial reports
      • Designing appropriate Financial Policies for the organization, proposing them via governance, and then implementing said policies
      • Administering financial relationships and transactions of the organization
      • Sending regular account statements and payment reminders per published policies
      • Creating and proposing collections policies for past-due debt
    • Role Holacracy Coach

      • Watching for opportunities to advance this role's aim, encouraging other circle members to harness those opportunities, and supporting their efforts to do so
      • Stating explicitly when feedback, support, coaching, etc. is coming from this role.
    • Role Holacracy Product Owner

      • Proposing, publishing, and running experiments in core Holacracy processes and possible new processes, and including other circle members into the experimentation process
      • Delivering trainings or presentations upon request from other roles, including amending template materials for those presentations as-appropriate
      • Creating Holacracy-related content on request from other roles
      • Documenting implicit aspects of Holacracy as they become apparent and relevant to the Circle's operations
      • Blogging about Holacracy and its underlying paradigm
    • Role Instructor Support (Lead Link to CircleInstructor Circle)

      • Designing and maintaining HolacracyOne's library of standard introductory seminar/workshop templates for certified instructors, including all of their supporting materials (e.g. slide decks, handouts, etc.).
      • Defining standards for instructor certification, assessing new applicants by those standards, and granting instructor certifications when appropriate
      • Onboarding new CHP-I's after completion of instructor course
    • Role Legal

      • Fielding legal request from GCC members and interfacing with external council as needed
      • Creating and maintaining contracts that fit HolacracyOne strategy
    • Role Operations

      • Defining and executing an onboarding and offboarding process to handle members joining and leaving the organization
      • Planning travel logistics and making appropriate bookings upon request from other GCC roles
      • Selecting and administering health insurance programs for organization members
      • Arranging logistics needed for delivering training & event offerings given criteria and constraints published by Training Business, including researching, selecting, and booking event venues, and publishing a logistics checklist to circle members to track progress
      • Updating the circle cork board with new/removed actions as-needed

      • Establishing and maintaining pricing and order fulfillment processes for the software
      • Integrating input from appropriate parties into product vision & roadmap

      • Proposing certification standards for individual practitioners (excluding certifications for instructors and consultants) and granting those certifications as appropriate
      • Creating and maintaining training design and supporting materials for advanced trainings
      • Developing a financial model for the organization's training and event offerings, including establishing pricing
      • Scheduling and booking a balanced calendar of the organization's public training and event offerings
      • Negotiating and executing contracts related to scheduling and delivering training & events
      • Writing descriptions for trainings and other public events, and integrating needs and concerns of Event Sales/CRM role into the descriptions
      • Developing list of materials and other logistical needs necessary for delivering each training offering
