      • Hosting regular opportunities for community members to engage with experts and with each other around Holacracy and its underlying paradigm shift. • Recurring Action (monthly): Review calendar of topics & calls and schedule more as-needed • Triggered Action: When new subscribers submit a request for credential tagging, verify their requested status and tag account accordingly. • Triggered Action: When posts are made to the forums, review and respond when appropriate.

      • Pursuing collection of debts due to the organization • Recurring Action (monthly): Review A/R statement, send reminders as-needed
      • Processing all financial transactions of the organization in alignment with financial policies • Triggered Action: Process a special transaction or handle similar request (upon receipt of a duly-authorized request) • Recurring Action (bi-monthly): Import transactions from PayPal to QuickBooks • Recurring Action (bi-monthly): Record/pay bills, review cash balances & move as-needed • Recurring Action (monthly): Pay payroll draws, review cash balances & move as-needed • Recurring Action (monthly): Reconcile bank statement to QuickBooks • Recurring Action (monthly): Update cash-flow forecast • Recurring Action (quarterly): Adjust foreign currency balances • Recurring Project (starts every February): File tax returns
    • Role Holacracy Product Owner

      • Proposing, publishing, and running experiments in core Holacracy processes and possible new processes, and engaging other circle members in the experimentation process
      • Delivering trainings or presentations upon request from other roles, including amending template materials for those presentations as-appropriate
      • Creating Holacracy-related content on request from other roles
      • Documenting implicit aspects of Holacracy as they become apparent and relevant to the Circle's operations
      • Blogging about Holacracy and its underlying paradigm. • Triggered Action: Respond to blog comment or route it to appropriate role (upon comment posted to blog)
      • Facilitating improvement of the circle's practice and modeling of Holacracy
    • Role Instructor Support

      • Designing and maintaining HolacracyOne's library of standard introductory seminar/workshop templates for certified instructors, including all of their supporting materials (e.g. slide decks, handouts, etc.).
      • Assessing applicants for instructor certification and granting certifications as appropriate. • Triggered Action (instructor training course completed): Send participants Instructor Agreement • Triggered Action (signed Instructor Agreement received): Create Instructor Wiki account for instructor candidate & send access info • Triggered Action (assessment submitted): Review assessment & post request for volunteer for 2nd reviewer, then forward results to candidate & update certification status on Wiki if applicable

      • Providing contract drafting and legal review/advisory services upon request from other roles
      • Monitoring the organization for potentially-harmful abstract or implicit agreements, or misalignment with external laws and regulations, and advising appropriate roles accordingly

      • Planning travel logistics and making appropriate bookings upon request from other GCC roles
