• Individual Organizational Process

  With respect to their work for the circle, all circle members shall maintain lists of the projects and next-actions they're undertaking, as well as a list of routine/repeating actions necessary to enact their accountabilities, and shall regularly review these lists plus the list of accountabilities of each role they hold, to identify new projects and next-actions to instantiate. They shall further report the date of their last review and highlight any new projects created or exceptions to routine action processing during the Lightning Round of each Tactical meeting.

• Metrics

  Metrics for each role to bring to tactical meetings may be defined either by the Lead Link or via a governance decision of the circle.

• Role Assignment

  Any Circle Member may call for an election to fill any role normally appointed by the Circle's Lead Link, and the result of such election shall override the normal process for role assignment until the end of that election's term or until a new election is called for.

• Role Definition Template

  The GCC shall use the role-definition template and associated definitions and rules as captured in the "New Role System" document of 2010-05-12 (available on H1's Wiki).

• Service Accountability Policies

  A "Service Accountability" is defined as: An Accountability assigned to Role held by a Person (the “Service Provider”) for providing a specified service or performing a specified activity in support of the aims or goals of one or more other Roles upon request of a Person filling such a Role (each a “Service Requester”).
